We proudly partner with School24 for all Online Ordering. To place an order online simply follow one of the methods below. If you don’t have a School24 account, please follow the steps below, to first create your account before placing an order.

Option 1. (Web Access - any device)

Option 2. (iPhone User App)
Click the Apple App Store logo below to download the School24 app on your iPhone.

Option 3. (Android User App)
Click the Google Play Store logo below to download the School24 app on your Android phone.

How to create a School24 account:

Navigate to the School24 User Portal login page using one of the above methods and follow the steps below:

  1. Click “Register Now”.

  2. Fill in all the required details (School ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile).
    Please see the table below to find your “
    School ID”.

  3. Create a password.

  4. ClickSubmit”.

  5. Check your email and click to “Verify” your email and complete your account set-up.

  6. Congrats you’ve now created your School24 account!

How to place an online order through School24:

Navigate to the School24 User Portal login page using one of the above methods and follow the steps below:

  1. Login with your “Email” and the “Password” you created above.

  2. Click the green “Order Lunch” button on the canteen tile.

  3. Select your delivery date from the calendar date selector (be mindful of your school’s cut-off time).

  4. Click the green “Start Ordering” button under the date selector.

  5. View our “News Announcements” to see what’s happening with Renatta Catering.

  6. Click the “” sidebar menu icon, at the top right-hand side of the screen (beside the “” house icon).

  7. Your menu will appear, navigate through each “Category” to find the “Products” you’d like.

    PRO TIP: You can order for all your students in one go! Simply tick the box beside the student under the desired product, and click “Add to Cart”. You can tick more than one student at the same time if you’d like them all to have the same product.
    Note. When ticking multiple students, if you add options to the product, those options will be applied to all students. If you wish to order the same product for multiple students, but with different options;
    simply click “
    Add to Cart” one student at a time.

  8. When you’re finished adding products, click the “Trolley“ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  9. Check your students and their lunch/products ordered, then click “Proceed to Checkout.

  10. Check your order one last time.

  11. Pay for your order using one of the payment methods available.

  12. Congrats, your order has now been placed successfully! Check your email for your order confirmation and enjoy your delicious, freshly made lunch by Renatta Catering.
